I class oilseparator

Product overview

I class oilseparators are intended to trap light hydrocarbons (oil products etc) with a density below 0.85 g/cm³, from water to assure that the hydrocarbons content in effluents is under 5 mg/l. It meets performance characteristics of standard EVS-EN 858 - 1:2002/A1:2005. There has been used special coagulator element to reach that level.
Incoming flow slows in tank. At first part of it sand and other heavy parts sink. Grease and oil drops stay on he surface of water. Light hydrocarbons with a density belwo 0,85 g/cm3 will be filtered and coagolated into bigger trops in separator element.

I class oilseparator has a inspection man hole to check the situation in it. You have to clean separator from sludge and grease regularly for the best longterm result.
