Fire water tank is one possible solution to ensure
that buildings and structures provided with fire-fighting water in places where
there is no public water supply with necessary power.
According to EVS 812-6:2005 fire-fighting water tank with
volume at least 50m3 is required where no fire-fighting water sources are available.
In case multiple tanks are used must be also granted sectioning
of those tanks as well as usage of suitable well.
Underground fire-fighting water tanks are
manufactured according to EN 976-1:2000.
